Once downloaded, rename the file as Neogeo.zip.

Once all the zip files have been copied, open the emulator you downloaded first.

Extract it.

Now copy and paste our downloaded files as directed below.

Enter in the Rom folder.

Now enter into the NeoGeo folder and paste the zip files of your downloaded games.

Open the Winkawaks.
