Once translated, click on the Registration text in the upper right-hand side as it will appear.

View the registration page, but you will not be able to open an account here but you will need a Chinese LandLine Number. Now the thing is, if you do not get this Chinese number, you cannot sign up, and there are bizarre texts, which means the whole H-R-R status.
